If you’re a new parent or an expecting mom, can I ask you a question, parent to parent? If you could book a Dallas newborn photography session without having to worry about the cost, would you do it? 

My guess is that the answer is probably yes. I know because as a momma of three (two sweet boys and a baby girl on the way), I know how fleeting and precious the newborn days are. I cherish the newborn photos I was able to take with my first two sons, and I plan to do the same with my daughter. Even as a professional DFW photographer, I was so glad I booked another photographer to capture family newborn photography when each of my sons was born. Especially in the foggy newborn days, it makes such a difference to have a discerning, outside perspective to catch all the little details—the squishy toes, the sleepy yawns, the precious cuddles—you’ll never want to forget. 

A lot of moms I talk to also say one of their biggest regrets in the infant days was not hiring a professional newborn photographer. Though I definitely believe you can capture cute photos on your iPhone, they just don’t compare to the heirloom quality of professional photos. And you, Momma, deserve to be in those photos too! Hiring a photographer allows you to get photos of your whole family with your baby! 

But even with all the pros of booking me as your Dallas newborn photographer, I also know that the cost can sometimes be prohibitive. And I get it: there are already so many other costs to take into account when you’re planning for a baby. There’s the hospital bill, the big items like the carseat and the crib, and all the little, everyday things like diapers and pacifiers and nursing pads and bottles. It all adds up so quickly!
